Inspired by Dave Grohl’s lyrics for the Foo Fighters classic 'My Hero', singer-songwriter and guitarist John Mckeown formed HERO with bass player Nigel Mowles in London in 2007. Lead guitarist Andrea Marin, drummer Bert Thomas, and Jennifer Potter on keyboards and vocals complete the line-up of one of London's most exciting new bands. Now in Los Angeles to the end of 2008, HERO play a series of low-key dates throughout California in advance of a world tour.
